Payment can be done by card, and only taken online.We will never take card details over email. We only store your bank card details if given prior written consent by you to do so. However, you can request for these details to be removed at any time.

How we use this information;

  • To deliver the products you have purchased.
  • To contact you in relation to orders place, arrange delivery, keep you informed about new products, in stock items, promotions etc.
  • IP addresses are used to identify the location of users, the number of visits from different countries.



Will we share my personal information with anyone else?

If you have a credit account with us your payment / invoice information will be shared with our bank, XXXX, who collect the payment. 
In order to complete your order, we may need to disclose some of your information to our delivery partners including Royal Mail, Parcel Force and their affiliates.
